Tuscaloosa and Northport
The core of the work. Calls come from north-side neighborhoods like Indian Hills and NorthRiver near Lake Tuscaloosa, south-side areas such as Taylorville, Hillcrest and Englewood, and from Alberta and Forest Lake on the east side.
Across the Black Warrior River, Northport mixes 1960s subdivisions with newer builds near the lake.
East along I-20/59
Cottondale, Brookwood, Coaling and Vance sit along the corridor toward the Mercedes-Benz plant, where new subdivisions keep adding opener and door installs.
Further out, McCalla, Bessemer and Hueytown are the western edge of the Birmingham area and the far end of our coverage.
North toward Berry
The service office is in Berry, Fayette County, so Fayette and the towns along AL-18 and US-43 are close to home base.
Walker County and Jasper sit to the northeast of the office.
West and south
Pickens and Greene counties to the west, and Hale and Bibb to the south, including Moundville, are covered for repairs and new doors.

Where our coverage ends
We do not claim all of Alabama. Birmingham proper, Huntsville, Montgomery and the Mobile area are outside our area, and so are most points more than about an hour from Tuscaloosa or the Berry office.
